We are now looking for an experienced and hands on HR Payroll & Administration officer to join our team in Pleven.

                                         HR Payroll & Administration

In the position of HR Payroll & Administration you will process new hires, terminations, adjustments, employee changes (address, dependents, etc.), salary changes, promotions, deductions, commissions, bonuses, and benefit changes, update employee Masterfile. You will maintain personnel files with the completeness of the required documents, according to the local legislation and internal rules. Oversee processing of monthly payroll and maintain the payroll data and collaborate with the external payroll partner. You will maintain payroll guidelines to ensure adequate internal controls and compliance with corporate policies and local legislation and continuously improving payroll policies, procedures, and administrative processes. As part of your duties are also to provide regular and ad-hoc reports, summary PPT’s, graphs and analysis as needed as well as check the monthly schedules and maintain Form 76 (internal tool). You will ensure compliance with the Bulgarian law and support the HR internal and external audits. You are also responsible for internal HR System updates: Learnster, Winningtemp, organizational charts etc., extract data and prepare reports as well as general admin such as: writing proof of employment, training certificates preparation, Visa application support, organize travels concerning HR trainings etc. Furthermore, you will conduct training admin such as sending out invitations, tracking participation, preparing material send-outs. You are responsible for global HR-mail inbox. The position reports to UniPOS LTD. HR Manager and Consilium Safety group.

Who are you?

You have obtained a Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in Human Resources/Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience. We believe that you have comprehensive knowledge of payroll related legislation including Income Tax, Employment Insurance, Pension Plan, Employment Standards, Social benefits and packages and etc. You come with strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications. You have strong analytical and problem-solving as well as organizational skills. You are a results-oriented team player with the ability to plan, prioritize and work within tight deadlines. You are self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently as well as detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines. You have excellent written and verbal skills and communicate easily in Bulgarian and English being able to participate in global online meetings.
