The transport segment at Consilium Safety is mainly focusing on the railway business and is one of the fastest growing segments within Consilium. With over 25 000 protected vehicles all over the globe we are one of the global market leaders. The team working within the transport segment is a dedicated team with great experience of the market, the culture is built around ‘Helping Customers Succeed’.
We are now looking for an experienced and hands on Business Developer to join our Transport Team in Europe. The one we are looking for will drive sales and will be an important part of the growth at Consilium. The ideal candidate will bring a can-do approach along with a positive and open mindset. Your ability to create a sales pipeline of qualified leads and build long-term customer relationships with existing and future customers will be keys to your success. In this position you will be in charge of customer relations for your area as well as developing and sustaining long-term relationships together with our market companies. It is key for you to be able to execute strategic initiatives. Travel is needed and a crucial part of the job, to thrive in this position you need to appreciate this. Our culture is positive and fast-paced, so it is important that you thrive in this type of environment where things change quickly. You will be supported and will work closely with the team of experts for the segment.
Who are you?

If you have experience in fire detection, sales, engineering or purchasing from the railway industry then this position is for you. You are a team player with the ability to work independently and have an open mindset and not afraid to dive in. English on a professional level is mandatory and other languages such as German, French or Spanish can be a benefit.
