We are now looking for a Quality Engineer & Project Management Trainee to join our Team in the US. The Quality Engineer & Project Management Trainee works closely with the Quality Manager and will learn and get trained in quality management and project management related tasks while operating in an international environment during a major growth phase. 

In this position you will develop and document internal routines and processes and support during internal and external audits. You will work with continuous improvements and support with supplier assessments and provide support for our suppliers. You will also produce reports regarding nonconformance of products or processes, perform root cause analyses, or quality trends.

Who are we looking for?

You have obtained a degree in industrial engineering or other related field. Previous experience with quality management and ISO9001:2015 is preferred but not a requirement. 

You have the ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment is preferred. You are well organized and able to learn and work well in a team. You are used to make accurate decisions, often under pressure, always with the costumer in mind. You operate efficiently and in the most economical way when arranging travel and lodging, always staying within the quoted amount and a pro-active attitude regarding safety. A valid drivers license is required for this position.
