We are now looking for an Application Engineer Fire to join our Gothenburg team. In this role, you will be the application engineering expert for the Consilium's product portfolio, specifically focusing on fire detection products. Being in the forefront of international projects, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, R&D, Production, Purchasing, NPI, and more. Furthermore, this role entail:

• Global Support: Provide invaluable support to our global project teams in the execution of international projects. You will also give general technical support within the realm of fire detection applications, offering solutions and guidance.
• Priority and Change Management: In collaboration with team members, you make decisions and prioritization in ongoing projects. When changes in prioritization needs affect ongoing projects, you take responsibility for communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Creating Project Resources: Help shape the way we work and boost our productivity by creating project materials such as blueprints and project templates.
• Knowledge Dissemination: Share your knowledge through providing training to our global workforce.
• Quality Control: Responsibility for conducting type testing on newly developed products, ensuring that they meet the highest industry standards.

Who are we looking for?

We believe that you have a relevant engineering degree and exhibit proficiency in interpreting complex technical specifications and documents. Your knowledge and experience in electronics will support your understanding of the components in the Consilium fire safety systems. Your understanding of fire safety industry standards will help you ensure our compliance with regulations. Through experience in project management, you have cultivated the collaboration skills needed in leading global projects. Last but not least, you are fully proficient in English, both written and spoken. This is crucial when it comes to comprehending technical documentation.
