Quality Engineer & Project Management Trainee

We are now looking for a Quality Engineer & Project Management Trainee to join our Team in the US. The Quality Engineer & Project Management Trainee works closely with the Quality Manager and will learn and get trained in quality management and project management related tasks while operating in an international environment during a major growth phase.
Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Collaborate closely with the project manager to provide support throughout all project phases and milestones.
- Monitor project progression to ensure milestones and important dates are met.
- Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions.
- Coordinate support based on requirements from various stakeholders.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Quality Management:
- Work closely with the Quality manager to develop and document internal routines and processes.
- Provide support during both internal and external audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage nonconformity reporting and conduct risk assessments.
- Support supplier assessments and provide assistance to suppliers.
- Identify quality problems and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Produce reports on product or process nonconformance, conduct root cause analyses, and track quality trends.
Who are we looking for?
- You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
- Due to visa rules, the degree cannot be older than 2 years
- Previous experience with quality management and ISO9001:2015 is preferred but not a requirement.
