We are now looking for a driven Account Manager to strengthen our presence in the Swedish market.
About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving our sales and developing customer relationships within the aftermarket, real estate, and consulting sectors. You are a natural networker and proactive business developer who thrives on discovering new business opportunities. By staying connected to the market and understanding customers’ future needs, you will contribute to Consilium's ongoing growth journey.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with our customers, particularly within the aftermarket segment.
- Drive business from prospecting to closing, achieving set sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with property management and facility management companies to identify their future safety needs.
- Deliver customized solutions that help our clients secure their assets.
Who Are You?
We are seeking a goal-oriented and self-motivated salesperson with a strong business acumen. You are comfortable taking initiative and thrive in a role where you spend a significant amount of time with clients. We envision that you have:
- At least 4 years of proven sales success, ideally within safety, electrical wholesale, property automation, or similar.
- A well-developed network within the industry.
- The ability to quickly understand and capture customers' needs, offering tailored solutions.
- A structured and methodical working style with CRM experience.
- A positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for work.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish is required.
