We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and strengthen our After Sales activities.
About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will report to the After Sales Manager and play a key role in coordinating service activities, managing spare parts logistics, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global company that values innovation and high performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor service attendances and support cases for customers.
- Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate scheduling.
- Manage spare parts inventory, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate quotations, and plan service engineer schedules.
- Process purchase orders and verify supplier order confirmations.
- Track back-orders and maintain accurate records in the company’s ERP system.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and ensure accurate shipping/receiving documentation.
- Prepare packages and documentation for shipping, including handling dangerous goods.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of two years of experience in a related role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
- Experience as a Service & Spares Coordinator is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with sound judgment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Dynamics 365 and Synergy preferred.
- A collaborative team player who is self-motivated and capable of working independently.
