We are now looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Preparation Engineer to join our team CSSP at Södra Hildedalsgatan 6. In this role, you will play a key part in translating customer specifications into Consilium standards and ensuring seamless product preparation.

Your Responsibilities

• Review and interpret customer documentation/specifications and convert them into Consilium’s standard formats.
• Ensure customer requirements and quality standards are met.
• Prepare and maintain product instructions and ERP system data.
• Communicate directly with customers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Monitor and update time and cost calculations for our products.
• Lead or participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) and insourcing projects.

What You Bring

• A degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• A structured and detail-oriented mindset.
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
• Experience in EMS production (a plus).
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Monitor (a big advantage).
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies (a plus but not required).
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, along with good IT skills.
