About the Role
As a Quality and Process Engineer, you will be responsible for all quality-related aspects of our operations in Gothenburg. You will take the lead in managing and resolving deviations, ensuring that all steps in deviation reports are carried out correctly in collaboration with our suppliers, customers, and internal resources. Acting as the customer’s representative in quality matters, you will play a key role in upholding and improving our quality standards.
In this position, you will plan, execute, support, and follow up on internal audits, external audits, third-party audits (ISO 9001, MED D, etc.), and supplier audits. Additionally, you will work with process development, creating and updating documentation and processes within our management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in a systematic way.
- Lead local improvement projects and cross-functional coordination projects.
- Develop, plan, and conduct quality-related training.
- Support and engage employees across the organization in quality matters.
- Provide assistance to Consilium’s suppliers and customers on quality-related issues.
Who Are We Looking For?
We expect you to have previous experience in quality management. Relevant education in the field is highly desirable, and a technical background or experience in electronics manufacturing is a strong advantage.
You have solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, as well as experience with continuous improvement processes. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) are required. You must be fluent in both Swedish and English, in both written and spoken communication.
As a person, you are quality-conscious, responsible, and a flexible team player with a passion for continuous development. You are structured, driven, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
