Your Role

As a Planning & Purchase Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient production planning and purchasing processes. You will collaborate closely with Production, Warehouse, and Sales teams to optimize operations and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Inventory Management

• Translate sales planning into a Master Production Plan.

• Work with forecasts to ensure seamless operations.

• Manage inventory, logistics, and production planning in collaboration with internal teams.

• Utilize and improve processes through LEAN management principles.

• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).

Purchasing & Supplier Management

• Source and purchase technical components.

• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and order quantities.

• Establish and manage annual agreements with suppliers.

• Conduct benchmarking and improve procurement strategies.

• Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• HBO-level education or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and operational processes.
• Technical insight is a plus.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
