Summer Job – Forwarding Assistant

We are now looking for temporary cover during the summer period. We have two temporary positions that need to be filled between week 23 and week 33.
As a Forwarding Assistant during our summer period, you will be required to book courier shipments under the guidance of a mentor. You will be required to send e-mails to the consignees waiting for each shipment, advising them that the order has been booked with attached shipment details.
The next step is to debit any freight charges payable by the customer and archive the transport documents.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is service minded, who can handle having to juggle different tasks at the same time, who pays attention to instructions given and reports back if anything should go wrong. You are someone who is willing to be part of an energetic team who´s focus is on keeping our delivery promises to our customers whilst having fun at work. You are fluent in Swedish and English..
