About the Role
As a Spare Parts Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our marine customers across Australia by:
- Managing spare parts quotations, actively following up to secure orders and engage customers.
- Visiting local customers with our Area Sales Manager to offer tailored solutions and gain valuable insights.
- Handling technical inquiries and advising on end-of-life systems where spare parts are no longer available.
- Working alongside local sales and service teams to enhance customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems.
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
