We are now looking for a driven Sales Manager to join our office in Malmö and help strengthen our presence in the Swedish market.
About the Role
As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our sales and developing relationships with customers in the construction, aftermarket, real estate, and consultancy sectors. You are a natural networker and proactive business developer with a passion for identifying and creating new business opportunities. By being active in the market and understanding future customer needs, you will contribute to Consilium’s continued growth.
Depending on your background, there may be an opportunity to take on team leadership or personnel responsibility.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships, particularly in the construction and aftermarket segments
- Drive sales from prospecting to closing, achieving set targets
- Work closely with electrical contractors as well as property and facility management companies to identify future safety needs
- Deliver tailored customer solutions to help secure their assets
Who You Are
We are looking for a goal-oriented and self-driven salesperson with strong business acumen. You enjoy taking initiative and prefer to spend a large portion of your time meeting with clients. Ideally, you have:
- At least 4 years of proven sales success, preferably in fire and safety, electrical wholesale, building automation, or similar
- A well-established network in the electrical and construction industries
- The ability to quickly identify customer needs and propose customized solutions
- A structured and methodical work style, with experience using CRM systems
- A positive and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships
- A driver’s license and willingness to travel for work
- Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in team leadership or people management
- Knowledge of regulations for automatic fire alarm systems (SB110 and SBF502:1) and security systems (SSF130)
