We are now looking for a Corporate Development & Post-Merger Integration Manager to lead the integration of newly acquired companies and help them and our group reach its full potential. Your Role: Driving Strategic Projects and M&A Integration
As Corporate Development & Post-Merger Integration Manager, you will drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that align with the company’s strategic objectives. This role bridges business strategy and operational execution, ensuring that critical projects deliver measurable business value, strengthen competitive advantage, and accelerate transformation.
You will plan, lead, and execute the key strategic projects within the company such as integration of acquired companies and cross-functional strategic projects. You’ll work at the heart of our strategic initiatives, ensuring that projects are structured, efficient, and aligned with business goals while maintaining operational continuity.
The role translates business strategy into actionable programs and drives high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable results. The role encompasses end-to-end leadership of complex projects –from strategic planning and business case development to execution, risk management, and performance tracking. Working closely with the executive team, senior management and teams across product, operations, finance, and commercial functions, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and consistent stakeholder engagement. More broadly, the role drives change management, fosters collaboration, and embeds new capabilities that strengthen organisational agility, efficiency, and long-term strategic growth

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution capabilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to stay highly organized while managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. They are a confident decision-maker who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and consistently demonstrates sound judgment under pressure.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience from management consulting, corporate development, transaction services or industry
- Proven track record in leading complex integration or transformation projects –ideally in an M&A context with a strong understanding of the M&A lifecycle: Due Diligence, Day 1 Readiness, Post-Merger Integration
- Proven track record in managing complex strategic developments and transformations with a strong understanding of CDD and VCP development
- Solid project management and change management skills
- Strong business acumen with experience working directly with executive leadership
- Quick learner with the ability to understand new segments and business models
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
