We are currently experiencing strong growth and are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help develop our business in Stockholm, Uppsala, and the Mälardalen region.
Your Role
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing both new and existing customer relationships. You will work with one of the strongest offerings on the market, including:
- Fire and gas alarm systems
- Flame detection
- Voice evacuation alarms
- Intrusion and access control systems
- Innovative digital services
Our customers span healthcare, hotels, retail, offices, sports facilities, and industry. While fire alarm systems make up the largest part of our business, experience in security systems (intrusion & access) is highly valued, as this is a growing segment for us.
You will join our dedicated sales team at the Stockholm office in Årsta, which includes four sales professionals and approximately 30 colleagues in total.
Who You Are
We are looking for a driven relationship-builder with proven success in selling security systems. You are comfortable working with both decision-makers and end users and thrive in an environment where you independently drive your business forward.
We believe you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in security systems sales
- Strong track record of results in previous sales roles
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Preferably an established network and good relationships with electrical contractors, property companies, and consultants
To succeed in this role, you are proactive, results-driven, and structured while maintaining the ability to build long-term relationships. Your communication style and teamwork skills allow you to gain the trust of both customers and colleagues.
