About the Role
We’re seeking a part-time Analyst to our Strategic Programs Office to join our Gothenburg HQ and work closely with our Corporate Management Team (CMT).
This unique role blends strategic project work with business analytics, offering exposure to the management of a global private equity–owned company.
You’ll gain first-hand experience in strategy, M&A, compensation & benefits, KPI tracking, and organizational development, while collaborating directly with senior executives and even the Board of Directors.
This position is ideal for a student who can work around 50% alongside studies, giving us time to invest in your development and prepare you for a long-term role at Consilium.
Our goal is for this internship to evolve into a permanent position after graduation, as part of your continued growth within the company.
In fact, all three of our previous students were offered full-time roles after completing their studies and have since advanced into key positions across Consilium.

- A self-starter who is curious, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, humble, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Genuine interest in corporate strategy, business analytics, and private equity–driven growth
