The Role
We are seeking an Aftermarket Manager – Global Field Operations to optimize and manage our field service operations. You will drive operational efficiency across Global Aftermarket, supporting Marine, Building, Transport, and Energy markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement processes for service maintenance, repairs, technical support, retrofit and newbuilding commissioning.
- Lead process improvements, product initiatives, and organizational changes globally.
- Collaborate with market companies to enhance processes, resources, and applications.
- Crosswork to help align Sales, Projects, and Aftermarket for smooth project handovers.
- Map, standardize, and document global technical service processes.
- Work together with our Academy to map competence skills, training needs, and KPI monitoring (e.g., First-Time Fix, Utilization).
- Ensure field work safety, professional equipment standards, quality documentation and certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or engineering field.
- Experience in aftermarket and field service processes (marine market experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, project management, and process optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
