About the Role
As a Production Technician, you will play a key role in assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining our products on the production line. You will ensure that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and in accordance with our high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Product Assembly
Assemble mechanical, electrical, or electronic components according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality.
Testing & Inspection
Perform functional tests, visual inspections, and quality checks.
Verify that products meet specifications and compliance standards.
Equipment Operation
Operate and maintain test equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure proper setup, calibration, and handling of tools.
Troubleshooting
Identify and report defects, malfunctions, or process deviations.
Assist in diagnosing and resolving production issues.
Documentation
Accurately complete production records, logs, and test reports.
Maintain traceability and ensure compliance with internal standards.
Process Improvement
Contribute ideas to improve production methods, workflow, and efficiency.
Support initiatives to enhance product quality and performance.
Safety & Compliance
Follow all workplace safety procedures and policies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or relevant technical certification.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing.
Hands-on experience using hand tools and test equipment.
Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented with effective communication skills.
Basic computer skills (data entry, production reporting, ERP systems).
