The Role

We are looking for a curious, driven, and forwardleaning HR Business Partner to join us at our headquarters and support leaders across our global organization in 30+ countries. This is a role with real impact; you will coach leaders, shape how we develop our organization, and drive strategic initiatives that move both our culture and our business forward

You will also take the lead in evolving our newly-launched global Consilium Academy. Here you’ll create the structures, programs, and learning experiences that prepare our people and our organisation for the future. This is a unique opportunity to build something meaningful on a global scale.

You will join a highly engaged and collaborative HR team where we genuinely support each other, share knowledge freely, and work flexibly to get things done.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders globally; coaching, challenging, and supporting them in people and organizational matters.

• Since the role is based in Sweden, our team partners closely with the leaders and organization here every day. We ensure compliance with Swedish labour law and maintain strong collaboration with our unions.

• Leading and contributing to organizational development and change initiatives.

• Driving our global Consilium Academy.

• Being the subject-matter expert and owner of key HR processes such as performance management and leadership development.

This is a dynamic and fast‑paced environment where your responsibilities may evolve depending on business priorities as well as your own strengths and interests.

The Candidate

We are looking for a structured, proactive, and people-oriented HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You are comfortable balancing development initiatives and thrive when collaborating closely with others.

You bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Human Resources, or a related field

• Several years of HR experience in a broad HR Manager or HR Business Partner role

• Experience coaching and advising managers, with a strong focus on change management

• Solid knowledge of Swedish labour law, including union collaboration and employee relations

• Experience working in an international or global organization

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

• A structured, digital mindset and experience working in HR systems

As a person, you are:

• A strong communicator and trusted advisor in driving organizational development

• Data driven with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills

• Confident navigating multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

• A flexible, collaborative and supportive team player
