We are currently looking for a motivated employee to join our team of professionals in the position of:

Finance Controller

Location: Pleven office, on site position

Your role:

• Cost allocation and Cost centers maintenance

• Supporting management with analyzing financial data & KPIs (mainly related to Production)

• Executes internal controls in alignment with Group strategic plan

• Monitors the actual performance compared to budget through regular and ad-hoc performance analysis reports and budget forecast updates

• Actively participates in the annual budgeting process in line with the company’s rules and within the deadlines

• Supports period closing processes

• Preparation of financial overviews, reports, analysis, and forecasts needed for the Management

• Participates in other operational tasks in the Finance department (supports colleagues on financial matters, provides financial information, participates in finance and internal audits, etc)

Your profile:

• University degree with focus in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant education

• Experience in a similar position is an advantage

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other Microsoft program products is an advantage

• Fluent in English

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Results-oriented, team player with ability to plan, prioritize and work within tight deadlines

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS office applications
