About the Role

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives on turning plans into reality? Do you excel at creating structure, empowering teams, and ensuring complex warehouse operations run smoothly?

We are looking for an inspirational and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team and play a key role in our continued growth and operational success.

In this position, you will be at the center of our material and logistics flows, ensuring that goods reception, warehousing, material handling, and outbound deliveries run seamlessly every day.

This is more than an operational role, it is an opportunity to shape the way we work, lead daily execution, and drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with production, logistics, planning, and procurement teams to create an efficient end-to-end flow across the entire supply chain.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team, including performance reviews, goal setting, and salary reviews.

• Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including goods reception, storage, internal material handling, and outbound deliveries.

• Monitor departmental KPIs, take corrective actions, and drive continuous improvements to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Plan warehouse operations in both the short and long term together with key stakeholders, aligning capacity with delivery needs.

• Drive strategic improvement initiatives that support our ambition to become the number one Safety Tech company.

• Ensure operations comply with internal policies as well as external regulatory requirements.

• Promote a safe, efficient, and high-performing working environment.

Who You Are

• Extensive experience in warehouse and logistics operations, with a proven track record of leading and developing high performing teams.

• Previous leadership experience with full personnel and performance responsibility in operational or production-oriented environments.

• Strong expertise in warehouse management, material flows, and data-driven decision-making through KPI analysis.

• Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution.

• Experience driving continuous improvement and change management initiatives.

• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.

• Excellent communication skills with a commercial mindset.

• Fluent in English; Swedish is an advantage.
