The Opportunity
Consilium Marine US, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
This position plays a key role in supporting our supply chain and warehouse operations by coordinating the flow of materials and products through receiving, storage, purchasing, inventory management, and distribution activities. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, suppliers, freight providers, and internal departments to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.

Required Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum two years of experience in order processing, warehouse operations, or related supply chain functions.
Experience and understanding of logistics, purchasing, production coordination, supplier collaboration, and sales support.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Highly organized, dependable, and motivated team player with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
Proactive approach to workplace safety, contributing to accident prevention and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the marine industry.
Forklift Operator Certification.
Experience with inside sales, purchasing, and international import/export processes.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to make accurate decisions in a technical and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Administration
Process customer orders and purchase requests accurately and efficiently.
Verify pricing, lead times, shipping requirements, and order details.
Enter orders into the ERP system and maintain accurate records.
Prepare purchase orders and verify supplier order confirmations.
Coordinate inbound and outbound freight shipments.
Monitor order status, backorders, and delayed shipments.
Process return orders, change orders, and related documentation.
Prepare and issue customer invoices.
Maintain CRM records and documentation.
Support customers, suppliers, freight providers, and internal teams through effective communication and follow-up.
Warehouse Operations
Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and receiving documentation.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and shipping documentation.
Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Assist with inventory control activities and physical inventory counts.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and accuracy.
General
Follow established procedures within the Consilium Quality Management System.
Support company objectives through collaboration and continuous improvement.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
