We are now taking the next step in our international growth journey by establishing Consilium Safety Group in Poland — and we are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Managing Director to lead this exciting chapter.

The opportunity

As Managing Director – Poland, you will have the unique opportunity to build and shape our Polish operation from the ground up.

You will take ownership of establishing Consilium’s presence in the Polish market, developing our local organization, building strong customer and partner relationships, and creating the foundation for long-term growth.

This is a role for someone who enjoys combining strategy with action. You will have the mandate to develop the business, identify market opportunities, build the right team, and establish Consilium as a trusted Safety Tech partner in Poland.

At the same time, you will not be building alone. You will become an integral part of our international organization, working closely with colleagues across markets and functions and leveraging Consilium’s global expertise, technology, customer base and resources.

Your responsibilities

As Managing Director, you will:

Lead the establishment and development of Consilium Safety Group’s Polish operation.

Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Polish market in line with the Group’s overall growth ambitions.

Identify new business opportunities, customers, markets and partnerships.

Build strong and long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Develop the local organization, culture and capabilities required to support sustainable growth.

Recruit, lead and inspire a high-performing local team as the business develops.

Take overall responsibility for the Polish business, including commercial performance, operations and profitability.

Represent Consilium Safety Group in the Polish market and build a strong local brand and reputation.

Collaborate closely with colleagues across Consilium’s international organization to leverage global capabilities and share best practices.

Contribute to the continued development of Consilium’s international growth strategy.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced business leader with a strong commercial mindset and an entrepreneurial approach.

You may already be a Managing Director, Country Manager, Business Unit Director or senior commercial leader, or you may be ready to take the next step into a country leadership role.

What matters most is your ability to build, lead and grow a business.

We believe you bring:

Proven leadership experience in a commercial or general management role.

Strong business development and sales capabilities.

Experience building and developing customer relationships in Poland.

A track record of creating growth and delivering results.

An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a build-up environment.

Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach.

The ability to recruit, develop and inspire people.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluency in Polish and strong professional English.

Experience from safety technology, industrial technology, energy, marine, rolling stock, infrastructure or another technically complex B2B environment is an advantage.
