The Role

In this role, you will support our marine customers in the Netherlands, UK, Belgium, and Romania by providing spares quotations and actively managing the quotation pipeline to secure orders and close expired quotes. You will have the opportunity to visit local customers alongside our Area Sales Manager, discussing their spare parts needs and gathering valuable customer insights and feedback.

Your responsibilities will include addressing technical questions regarding spare parts and informing customers about end-of-life systems where spares support is no longer available. You will collaborate closely with our dedicated spares team members in the Netherlands, as well as our shared service center in India, to ensure smooth order processing. Additionally, you will work with our local sales and service teams.

We seek someone proficient in ERP and CRM systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and fluent in both Dutch and English. Proximity to our Gouda office is essential, as this is primarily an office-based role.
