About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and developing relationships with customers within the aftermarket, real estate, and consulting sectors. You are a natural networker and a proactive business developer who is passionate about identifying and creating new business opportunities. By staying present in the market and understanding customers’ future needs, you will contribute to Consilium’s continued growth.
Depending on your background, there may be an opportunity to take on a team leader or personnel responsibility.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, particularly within the aftermarket segment.
- Drive business from prospecting to closing deals, achieving set sales targets.
- Work closely with real estate and facility management companies (FM companies) to identify their future safety needs.
- Deliver tailor-made solutions to help our customers secure their assets.
Who Are You?
We are looking for a goal-oriented and self-motivated salesperson with strong business acumen. You enjoy taking initiative and spending a significant part of your time with customers. We see that you have:
- At least 4 years of proven success in sales, preferably within safety, electrical wholesale, building automation, or similar industries.
- A well-developed industry network.
- The ability to quickly identify customer needs and propose customized solutions.
- A structured and methodical approach, with experience using CRM systems.
- A positive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- A driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written).
Meriting:
- Experience in team leadership or personnel management.
