We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our office in Kochi Kerala.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our project delivery process—ensuring that orders, documentation, and certifications are handled accurately and on time. Your work will directly support the delivery of critical safety systems to customers around the world.

You will:

• Create and manage orders in the ERP system

• Prepare and maintain delivery documentation, including certificates and manuals

• Handle and coordinate class certifications for our safety systems

• Support project execution by ensuring accurate and timely administrative processes

Who You Are

You are organized, detail-focused, and take pride in getting things right. You enjoy working in a structured environment and collaborating with different teams.

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics Engineering

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience

• Good communication skills with professional working proficiency in English

Desirable:

• Experience working with ERP/SAP or other computerized systems
