As part of our digital transformation journey, we are strengthening our Data Foundation and Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities to improve data quality, enable better decision-making, and create more efficient ways of working across the organization.

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern who wants to gain hands-on experience working with data in a real business environment.

As a Data Analyst Intern, you will work alongside our data and digital transformation teams, supporting data quality initiatives, analysis, documentation, and ongoing projects. You will have the opportunity to work with real business data, understand how data flows through an organization, and develop your technical and analytical skills.

Your role

In this role, you will support the team in delivering data, Master Data Management, and digital transformation initiatives. You will work with both technical and business stakeholders and contribute to activities that help improve data quality, consistency, and usability.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting data validation, analysis, and quality checks to identify discrepancies and improve data accuracy.

• Assisting with master data cleansing, validation, and standardization activities.

• Exploring and analyzing data to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and potential improvement opportunities.

• Supporting the documentation of data structures, workflows, processes, and data-related solutions.

• Assisting with technical and project documentation to ensure information is accurate, clear, and up to date.

• Supporting project activities such as research, testing, data preparation, and coordination.

• Working with team members and stakeholders to understand data requirements and help resolve data-related issues.

• Contributing to the development and documentation of data processes and best practices.

• Taking on additional analytical and data-related tasks as needed to support the team's objectives.

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and learning new technologies. You don't need extensive professional experience — what matters most is your curiosity, analytical mindset, and willingness to learn.

You are likely:

• Currently pursuing, or recently graduated from, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Comfortable working with relational databases and familiar with concepts such as tables, relationships, keys, joins, and basic SQL queries.

• Familiar with SQL and interested in developing your data analysis skills.

• Familiar with Python or another programming language — an advantage, but not essential.

• Analytical and structured, with strong attention to detail.

• Organized and comfortable working with documentation and data-related tasks.

• A good communicator who can collaborate effectively with both technical and business colleagues.

• Curious and eager to learn new technologies and understand how data supports business decisions.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently when required.
